By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Site or Services.


Eligibility & Acceptance

  1. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements.
  2. By using the Site and Services, you accept and agree to these Terms, and any additional terms or policies referenced herein (such as our Privacy Policy), which are incorporated by reference.
  3. We may refuse or restrict access to the Site or Services to anyone for any reason (or no reason) at our discretion.

Our Services & Your Responsibilities

  1. Service Description
    OnlineViss offers advisory, documentation, application processing, submission, and facilitation services for travel authorizations, visas, ETAs, and related immigration/travel services for countries such as the UK, US, Australia, Germany, etc.
  2. No Guarantee of Outcome
    We strive for high accuracy and diligence, but we do not guarantee that any visa, ETA, or travel authorization application will be approved by any government, embassy, or immigration authority. Approval is at the discretion of the relevant authorities.
  3. Your Obligations and Representations
    • You agree to provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documentation as requested.
    • You authorize us to submit, share, and forward your information and documents to relevant third parties (e.g. embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, verification services) as necessary to provide the Services.
    • You are responsible for paying all required fees (service fees, consulate fees, courier or shipping charges, etc.) in a timely manner.
    • You will not submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
    • You will comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations in your use of the Services and with respect to immigration and visa regimes of relevant countries.
  4. Third-Party Reliance & External Factors
    Some steps in visa or ETA processes are controlled by government agencies which may request extra documentation, impose delays, reject applications, or change rules. We are not responsible for delays or non-decisions caused by third parties.
  5. Service Changes
    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services (temporarily or permanently) with or without notice. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

Fees, Payment & Refunds

  1. Fees
    The fees for our Services will be as indicated on the Site or as agreed in a quotation. Fees may include our service charges, document handling, courier/shipping, and any applicable taxes.
  2. Payment
    Payment must be made in the manner provided on the Site (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, etc.). You agree to provide valid payment information and promptly update it if it changes.
  3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
    • If you cancel before we have begun processing your documents or before submission to authorities (or before we receive your passports/documents), you may be eligible for a refund (minus applicable non-recoverable costs).
    • Once we have submitted or forwarded your documents to authorities (or once processing has begun), refunds may not be possible.
    • Embassy, consulate, or governmental fees paid may not be refundable by us (even if your application is denied).
    • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.
  4. Late or Failed Payments
    If your payment fails or is delayed, we may suspend or decline to provide Services until the payment is reconciled.

Intellectual Property & Content

  1. Ownership

    You acknowledge that visas, ETAs, and similar authorizations are decisions of government authorities beyond our control. We cannot guarantee any positive decision, issuance, or timing.
  4. Your Duty to Mitigate
    You agree to take reasonable steps to mitigate any loss or damages arising in relation to use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Onlineviss and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your breach or violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law, third-party rights, or regulation
  • Your use (or misuse) of the Site or Services
  • Any claim that your submissions, documents, or use of the Services infringe or misappropriate another’s rights
