Policy Overview

At Onlineviss.com, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and transparency in all our UK ETA application services.
Our refund policy allows you to receive a refund for the service fee only if you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
After the 24-hour window — or once your application has been submitted to the UK Government system — you will generally not be entitled to a refund of our service fees.

In some cases, UK Government fees may be refundable if the application has not yet been processed.
We also reserve the right to refuse service and retain fees if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or unlawful activity.

When You Might Get a Refund

If you cancel your ETA application within 24 hours of receiving the email confirmation of your payment, you may request a full refund of our service fee.

⚙️ Service Issue or Failure

If we are unable to provide the service as described due to internal technical issues or operational failure, you may be eligible for a refund of the full service fee.


When You Are Generally Not Entitled to a Refund

After 24 Hours

Once the 24-hour period from your payment confirmation has passed, our administrative process begins, and you are generally not eligible for a refund of the service fee.

💼 Government Fees

If your cancellation occurs after 24 hours, only UK Government fees (if unprocessed) may be refunded.
Service fees charged by Onlineviss for processing and handling cannot be refunded.

📤 Application Submitted to the UK Government

Once your ETA application has been submitted to the official UK immigration portal, no refunds will be issued for either service or government fees.

🚫 Suspicion of Unlawful Activity

Onlineviss reserves the right to deny refunds and refuse service if we detect or suspect involvement in fraudulent, false, or illegal activities, including misuse of identity documents or payment information.
