Because the ETA application process begins immediately after your payment is confirmed, cancellation eligibility is limited and subject to the conditions described below.

When You Can Cancel Your Application
🕐 Within 24 Hours of Payment Confirmation
You may request to cancel your ETA application within 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation email.
If cancellation is made within this period and before the application is submitted to the UK Government, your request will be processed, and you may be eligible for a refund of the service fee, in line with our Refund Policy.
⚙️ Before Submission to the UK Government
If we have not yet submitted your ETA application to the UK Government portal, you may request to cancel your order.
We will stop the process immediately and confirm your cancellation via email.
When You Cannot Cancel Your Application
📤 After Submission to the UK Government
Once your ETA application has been forwarded or submitted to the UK authorities, it cannot be cancelled or withdrawn, as government systems do not allow such reversals.
At this point, no cancellation or refund will be possible.
⏳ After the 24-Hour Cancellation Window
After 24 hours from the time of payment confirmation, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted, as processing of your application would have already begun.
🚫 Suspicion of Unlawful or Fraudulent Activity
Onlineviss reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if we suspect any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive use of our platform or payment methods.
